After almost 30 years, Pamela is still excited about Real Estate and feels lucky to do what she loves. She is driven to help people achieve what many only dream about. For Pamela that ranges from the 1st time home buyer, to the military member who has received orders to transfer but is upside down on the house and needs help negotiating the Short Sale process, to the family estate that is selling a home that has held life long memories.
A Maryland native, Pamela moved to Charles County for the same reasons people move here today– a lower cost of living and a small town feel. Charles county grows daily but Pamela still loves that you can’t go to a County event or Blue Crabs baseball game without seeing someone you know.
Being a mother of five (yes, FIVE!) boys, Pamela learned how to plan, multi-task, referee and negotiate. These skills have come in handy as Pamela has mastered almost every aspect of the business from Manager to Property Management and from Relocation Director to Trainer. Pamela keeps on top of new technology and looks forward to being part of a brokerage that focuses on staying current with the changing industry.
Pamela’s husband, Steven Depoy, is retired from the Air Force and two of her sons served in the Navy. With strong family ties to the military, Pamela understand the sacrifices and is committed to helping with any and all Real Estate needs for military members.
Pamela recently qualified for the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award. This award honors successful agents who have earned more than $1 million in commissions during their careers with RE/MAX. Less than twenty-three percent of all RE/MAX Affiliates have earned this prestigious award!
In her spare time, Pamela is very active in the community and with her church. She loves spending time with family and friends sitting on the bank of the Buckhannon river in Alton, WV, her home away from home!
