Mitch has a ‘Client First’ mentality, and this philosophy permeates his business. He is goal-oriented and business savvy and brings those skills to his real estate career. Mitch is known for getting deals to closing for his clients. He goes above and beyond to make sure his clients’ needs and objectives are met.
Focusing on the best interest of the client is second nature for Mitch. He is a designated Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and he strives to negotiate the most favorable terms for his clients in every situation.
He has fun helping people and enjoys the excitement when his clients receive the keys to their first home, vacation home, investment property, or commercial building. He wants to show his clients that a real estate agent can be a friend, adviser, therapist, and ultimately a person they can count on to look out for their best interest.
Mitch graduated from Towson University with a degree in Sociology & Anthropology. On a daily basis, he uses his education to help him understand what motivates others. He also uses his strong social skills and outgoing personality to work with the parties involved in every deal in order to achieve a successful transaction.
Born and raised in St. Mary’s county, he now lives in Hughesville, MD with his wife and dogs. He is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his family in his spare time. Family is the key to Mitch’s success. He works very closely with his brother, Charlie, and friend, Tyler Wood. They take pride in that once you close a deal, it’s not the last time you hear from them. In fact, they make it a point to continue the friendship for years to come.
Mitch works primarily out of the La Plata office.
