Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor® with RE/MAX One, Erika worked as a well-known and highly regarded Registered Dental Hygienist. She is now taking her passion and drive for helping others, her strong work ethic, along with her “picky” attention to details into finding someone their next Dream Home.
Many patients Erika has treated throughout the years have complimented her on her natural ability to put people’s minds at ease during what can be for most, a stressful experience at the dental office. This ability can translate to providing stellar service to buyers and sellers, with a warm, friendly, and honest approach.
Erika, however, is not unfamiliar with the hard work and dedication that it takes in order to provide great real estate service to her clients. One could say that “it’s in her blood”, as her father, Brooke and grandfather, Robert Kaine helped to develop many neighborhoods in Calvert and nearby counties. To best serve her Buyer clients, Erika is currently working on getting her Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation.
Calvert County has always been home for Erika as she grew up in Owings and lived briefly in North Beach. She’s enjoyed many days boating and fishing on the Bay and Patuxent River. As a child, she remembers discovering “new land” as she walked home lots with her Dad.
Erika graduated from Queen Anne School (Upper Marlboro) in 2003 where she played lacrosse for 7 years and served as vice-president of National Honor Society-QAS Chapter. She also holds the title of 2001 Princess of Solomons Island Yacht Club. In 2008, Erika proudly received her degree in dental hygiene from Allegany College of Maryland, Cumberland and has been practicing ever since.
Erika is now a proud wife to Frank Bottalico and a loving mother to her sweet daughter, Juliana and furbaby, Belle. In her free time, she enjoys visiting local vineyards, going to the area parks and beaches, crafting and spending time with family and friends, She currently lives near downtown Prince Frederick.
