Conor Stueckler rejoined his family team this month, after two years of selling high-end real estate in Manhattan, NYC. He loved the ‘never sleep’ city life, while working as an integral member of one of Corcoran’s premiere real estate teams conducting over $40 million in sales. He was personally responsible for over $4 Million in sales and viewed as one of the industry’s rising stars.
Conor has worked in several different markets, selling everything from single family homes to co-ops and condos. He is licensed in Maryland, DC and NY.
Conor made the decision to move back to Maryland after seeing an opportunity to help expand the family team, as well as becoming an uncle last year. While the pace and lifestyle is very different than New York, he has found that some things, people in particular, are largely the same when it comes to selling their most prized possession. He bought a house in North Beach and looks forward to being able to walk to the boardwalk and restaurants.
Before working in real estate, Conor was named the top undergraduate salesman for three straight years as a marketing and sales representative for a federal contracting IT firm while in college. He also worked in his family real estate business, Team Stueckler, as an office administrator and licensed buyer’s agent.
Conor graduated from Catholic University of America with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. He was team captain of the CUA football team Academic All-Conference, and an ODAC All-Conference linebacker. Not surprisingly, Conor is a sports fanatic, but also enjoys politics and crabbing on the Chesapeake Bay waterways.
