Sometimes the difference between disappointment and getting a client to closing is the ability to go the extra mile for his clients. In one case, for example, Chris was working with a family that confided in him that their dream house wasn’t listed for sale, but for rent. Chris didn’t let this hurdle stand in his way; he reached out to the listing agent to see if the owners would be willing to sell. Helping his clients understand this opportunity and taking this step led to his clients purchasing their dream home.
In his past career as a retail store manager, Chris learned the vital importance of relationships. He developed his relationship management skills and translated his customer first mentality to his real estate career. His clients know that they are not just numbers on a spreadsheet; but, rather, will always get the “friends and family” treatment they deserve.
Chris has lived in Southern Maryland his whole life. He loves that he has been able to witness first-hand the development of Southern Maryland into the wonderful area we all enjoy today. He lives in St. Mary’s County but has market-specific expertise in Waldorf, Mechanicsville, Prince Frederick, La Plata and the surrounding areas.
